Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your furniture and place all components into the original boxes to ensure safe transit and eligibility for a refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of each box being returned.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
